My Process
The process involved gathering insights from employees across different roles and locations to better understand their career development challenges and needs. Through user interviews, contextual inquiry, and feedback analysis, I evaluated how employees currently explore career opportunities, assess role fit, and plan career progression. Insights collected from direct feedback sessions and wireframe reviews were synthesized to identify pain points, validate user needs, and inform the design of a more effective career development experience.
